Bryant Miller

CFO

Trades: Construction Management

Married, father of 5. Experience since 1964

Bryant is a veteran of the US Army where he served as an officer and a helicopter pilot. He worked as a second-generation commercial/residential builder before entering ministry as a pastor. From there he focused his efforts into the ministry of drug and alcohol recovery, before eventually retiring from the North American Mission Board.

Bryant now manages the finances and business systems at Oconee Elite.

Luke Miller

CEO / Managing Operator

Trades: Construction Management, Tile Setter, Trim Carpentry

Married, father of 5. Experience since 1998

As a third-generation builder, Luke is trained and experienced in construction management, having worked his way up through the trades in custom residential construction to become a project superintendent, then project manager of commercial construction specializing in healthcare facility/hospital renovations. He is CEO and founder of Oconee Elite.

Luke is intimately involved in all aspects of the business- from quotes/estimates and initial schedules for all projects to final inspections and quality control.

Architectural drawings, construction management/communication, Pella®, JELD-WEN®, Andersen® and Marvin® window and door installation/replacement.

Nolan Callaway

Account Manager

Trades: Trim Carpenter and Painter

Married, father of 1. Experience since 2011

Nolan is second-generation construction sales and management, proficient in managing materials and lead times. Being surrounded by construction for the majority of his life and working in the retail side of construction materials periodically since 2011 has given Nolan the knowledge, skills, hands-on experience, and abilities needed to serve our customers well. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University and served 5 years as a state law enforcement officer before joining our team. Being a part of the lake area community has allowed him to better understand and serve it once again for years to come.

Kyle Andrews

Tradesman

Trades: Trim Carpenter and Painter

Married. Experience since 2008

Kyle is well-versed in various aspects of construction, carrying the jobs all the way through from demolition to final clean-up. He is trained and proficient in many essential skills including flooring, roofing, and carpentry.

Certifications/Special Training:

Pella®, JELD-WEN® and Andersen® window and door installation and replacement.

Daniel Barnes

Craftsman / Team Leader

Trades: Trim Carpenter and Painter

Married, Father of 2. Experience since 2006

Daniel manages labor and materials for multiple projects on a daily basis. He is trained and proficient in carpentry, painting, stain and finishing, and window and door replacement.

Certifications/Special Training:

Stain and finishing, certifications in Pella®, JELD-WEN® and Andersen® door and window installation and replacement.

Josh Miller

Production Manager

Trades: Trim Carpenter and Framer

Married, Father of 4. Experience since 2004

Josh is a third-generation builder and oversees weekly and daily schedules as well as manages team leaders and crews. He is trained and proficient in plumbing, tile, flooring and specializes in trim carpentry, framing carpentry and window/door replacement.

Certifications/Special Training:

Schluter® (and comparable) tile system, residential plumbing, Pella®, JELD-WEN®, Andersen® and Marvin® doors and window installation and replacement.
