Married, father of 5. Experience since 1998

As a third-generation builder, Luke is trained and experienced in construction management, having worked his way up through the trades in custom residential construction to become a project superintendent, then project manager of commercial construction specializing in healthcare facility/hospital renovations. He is CEO and founder of Oconee Elite.

Luke is intimately involved in all aspects of the business- from quotes/estimates and initial schedules for all projects to final inspections and quality control.

Certifications/Special Training:

Architectural drawings, construction management/communication, Pella®, JELD-WEN®, Andersen® and Marvin® window and door installation/replacement.

Bryant Miller

CFO

Trades: Construction Management

Married, father of 5. Experience since 1964

Bryant is a veteran of the US Army where he served as an officer and a helicopter pilot. He worked as a second-generation commercial/residential builder before entering ministry as a pastor. From there he focused his efforts into the ministry of drug and alcohol recovery, before eventually retiring from the North American Mission Board.

Bryant now manages the finances and business systems at Oconee Elite.
